Exploring the role of music as it relates to the moving
image on film, PHILIP ON FILM is an unprecedented event featuring

urban clones. POWAQQATSI contrarsts ways of life and depicts how the
lure of technology and mega-cities are affecting small-scale indigenous
cultures. The film focuses on the people of the Third World and shows

in place of real values.
