Wayne Shorter, one of the most significant and most creative saxophonists and composers in jazz and modern music, comes to Korea for the first time. He has won 9 Grammy Awards and received 13 Grammy nominations to date. He was a band member of Miles Davis Quintet as well as Weather Report which were both known as ¡°the most influential jazz band of the 20th century.¡± Through his work and music career Shorter has completely changed modern music, and influenced generations of countless other musicians and composers.
